We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

If you have received a free product or other incentive in exchange for a review, you must clearly disclose this in your review. - Right to Remove: We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting a review, you acknowledge that your name and the content of your review may be publicly displayed on our website and marketing materials. We do not sell your personal contact information to third parties.
6. Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your Zyndl scent! We accept returns on unused, unlit products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return or report shipping damage, please email hello@zyndl.com. Used candles and diffusers cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Zyndl, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
